Relevant Experience
For over 25 years, Bleema Moss has worked with divorcing Families in various settings including as a mediator and evaluator for Superior Court. She is currently a licensed marriage and family therapist in private practice in who counsels divorcing adults and children and serves as a mediator helping parents establish their own parenting plan. She also serves as an expert witness to the Superior Court and recommends to the parents, their attorneys and the Court suitable parenting plans when the parents cannot agree to create their own.
In 1984, Bleema designed and pioneered a consultation service to Prepare parents for their mediation sessions at Family Court Services. In one to two meetings with the parents, she explains the court process and designs with them a reasonable and effective presentation. She has served as a trainer, speaker and author for mediators, attorneys, public organizations and in legal publications.
